Green Packet Bhd has said that its service provider arm, P1, would expand to East Malaysia(Sabah and Sarawak) by June this year.
“Plans to enter Sabah and Sarawak would be implemented phase by phase, starting with Kota Kinabalu. Total investment for the two markets is about RM30 million,” said Group CEO Puan Chan Cheong.
P1 aims to achieve a subscriber base of more than 500,000 this year. Its subscriber base currently stands at 380,000 with average revenue per user of RM81.
The company is also set to roll out High Speed Broadband Service by Q3 this year as a result of the partnership with TM back in October.
