U Mobile Sdn Bhd is encouraging its prepaid/postpaid mobile broadband users to opt for auto renewal subscription/auto debit services by rewarding them with a free 250MB data.
Every successful renewal and auto debit transaction will entitle U Mobile broadband subscribers an additional 250MB data on top of their monthly quota.
Speaking about the new offering, Dr. Kaizad Heerjee, CEO of U Mobile said, “Being at the forefront in data services, our initiative in rewarding mobile data is a sign of appreciation and gratitude to our customers’ loyalty. As smartphones and mobile devices become an extension of people’s daily lifestyle, data is quickly becoming imperative because of the need to stay connected, to work and to be entertained on the go,”

U Mobile is also allowing more subscribers to enjoy the additional data offering by inserting auto debit registration forms into April and May postpaid bills.

1. How can I be eligible to receive 250MB Bonus Data? Or What are the criteria’s for me to receive 250MB Bonus Data.
Postpaid Subscriber – Sign up for auto debit and receive 250MB Bonus Data every month. Existing postpaid subscriber that have signed-up for auto-debit prior to 17 April 2012 will automatically receive the 250MB Bonus Data.
Prepaid Broadband Subscriber – Receive 250MB Bonus Data for every successful auto renewal of MB40, MB68 & MB128 plans
2. What happens after I have used up the 250MB Bonus Data? Or Which Data Volume is consumed first.
The usages of bonus data will be consumed first preceding to the quota of customers respective data package, however if customer subscribe to Booster, the usage priority are as follows:
Bonus Data of 250MB.
Monthly base package
For postpaid subscriber who does not subscribe to Postpaid Mobile Internet, you will be charged as Pay-As-You-Use at RM0.05 per MB after you have fully consumed the 250MB Bonus Data
3. I’m a postpaid subscriber and have signed-up for auto debit. Previously I got Bonus Data however recently I have not received the Bonus Data?
You will no longer enjoy 250MB Bonus Data if your credit card transaction was rejected for three (3) consecutive months. Hence kindly ensure credit card information provided are updated and accurate
4. How do I know that the Bonus data is credited/ given to me? or How do I check my bonus data usage?
