Maxis Berhad (Maxis) is offering the Samsung Galaxy SIII with a 3GB X 24 months Maxis plan for just RM999 from 31 May to 3 June at all Maxis Centres and Maxis Exclusive Partner stores nationwide. The Samsung Galaxy SIII is priced RM2199 in Malaysia.

As a value-add, Maxis customers will also receive a Loker account with 25GB of storage space for free with the Samsung Galaxy SIII.

Customers will have to subscribe to Maxis postpaid(existing or new) and select a data plan to buy the Galaxy SIII from Maxis at lower price, with contract. Apart from the RM999 promotion, the Galaxy SIII from Maxis cost from as low as RM1399 up to RM1799 depending on contract and data plan. An advance payment is also required for customers who have been with Maxis for less than a year, please refer the table(image) above for details.

It also comes with the latest Android OS 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich platform incorporating the latest advancements in Android software technology to offer cutting-edge multi-tasking capabilities, high speed data transfer speeds for video, audio and photo files, along with Samsung’s own intuitive TouchWiz interface enhancement. The device includes the new Pop Up Play feature that allows users to watch high definition videos while emailing or messaging; a welcome feature for video-watching multi-taskers.
