[Comment] Be the LAST to get the Galaxy S3 from U Mobile, Register your Interest

It was a grand launch on May 24 when Samsung announced that Malaysia will be getting the Samsung Galaxy SIII, ahead of US. The smartphone, built for humans(not rabbits) has been available since 31st May via Maxis, Celcom, DiGi and at Samsung Elite Partner outlets nationwide.

However one mobile operator was not present at the launch, thus resulting this on their website today:

U Mobile claims that Samsung Galaxy SIII is not launched and if you register your interest with them, you will be the first to get it.

Registration period start tomorrow 14th June until 25th June 2012.

If you live in the moon and can’t get the Samsung Galaxy SIII from Maxis, Celcom, DiGi or Samsung Elite Partner outlets nationwide, get it from U Mobile here. The Samsung Galaxy SIII retails at RM2199 in Malaysia.

P.s: We know that this could be a small mistake by the UMobile web team or the product/marketing team. Considering that UMobile is the last operator to offer the Galaxy S3 in Malaysia, not the first as claimed, mistakes like this should be avoided as it is embarrassing. Plus it appears that UMobile would only offer the SIII after 25th of June. That’s almost 1-month late. We hope that U Mobile employees will have more time to keep an eye on their website in the future to avoid mistakes like this.
