Nuance Communications, Inc. an expert in the field of voice and language solutions has announced the availability of its Dragon Dictation and Dragon Search applications in Bahasa Malaysia, giving Malaysians an accurate and convenient way to connect, socialize, and search the Internet—by simply speaking into their iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch.
Dragon Dictation is iOS-5 compatible and features a pop-up toolbar with app icons for easy access to email and text message apps, Facebook or Twitter status bars, or the clipboard. Dragon Dictation also comes with a Auto Save function that retains dictated text when the user is interrupted by an incoming phone call.
Dragon Search allows users to make search queries with ease and obtain the required information in an instant. It claims to deliver faster, smarter search results within seconds across multiple channels all at once, including Google, Yahoo!, Wikipedia, iTunes, YouTube and Twitter, without having to leave the app.
Nuance has rolled out the Dragon apps across 35 countries, localising it for consumers to conduct searches while on-the-go and to communicate with others with ease. When introduced in the US Apple App Store in December 2009, the company claims that Dragon Dictation became the top downloaded app and was ranked as a number one in the Business Productivity category.
