Our good Singaporean friend was in town today and guess what- We got hands on the iPhone 5!
I don’t think that even Maxis, Celcom or DiGi have the unit. As I write this, I believe that I’m one of the few people in Malaysia to feel and touch the iPhone 5 that will only be available in USA, Canada, UK, France, Germany, Australia, Japan, Singapore and Hong Kong starting September 21.

In Singapore, our source said that the Singaporean Telcos(Singtel, Starhub & M1) received registration from thousand of users who are interested in purchasing the iPhone 5 however only limited units are available.
This is just a beginning of more upcoming iPhone5 stories from us. As an update, Maxis has placed their order for Nano SIM a few weeks back while Celcom is in the process of doing that. We think DiGi is also in the process of ordering the Nano-SIM for the iPhone 5.
It has been reported that 22 more countries will also get the iPhone 5 on September 28, and the number of countries will go up to 100 by the end of the year(we know Malaysia is in the list of the “Phase 3” launch).
