When it comes to fibre internet speeds, no one should settle for less than 10Mbps says Maxis Berhad. The Malaysia service provider has revised its Home Fibre offering with the introduction of the 20Mbps package. The other Maxis Home Fibre packages are 10Mbps and 30Mbps.
Maxis Postpaid Mobile subscribers will enjoy savings with these promotional fibre internet packages starting from RM148 per month for the 10Mbps package, RM198 per month for the 20Mbps package and RM248 per month for the 30Mbps package. Non-Maxis Postpaid Mobile subscribers can sign up for these packages at RM168, RM238 and RM298 per month respectively.
The Maxis Home Fibre 30Mbps was originally launched in September last year.
The Maxis Fibre Internet for Home packages come with unlimited calls to Maxis fixed line numbers, as well as free allocated minutes to Maxis mobile numbers and 10 IDD destinations. These allocated minutes differ according to the package selected with up to 300 free minutes to Maxis mobile numbers and up to 300 free IDD minutes. The standard installation fee of RM200 is waived. Customers also get a free Residential WiFi modem and a free Dect phone with these packages.
To subscribe to these packages, consumers can visit the nearest Maxis centre, Maxis exclusive partner outlets, authorised dealers or register their interest online at the Maxis website.
