Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) yesterday introduced two new UniFi packages for business- BIZ30 & BIZ50. As part of its UniFi for Business (UniFi BIZ) packages, the Malaysia’s top Internet Service Provider(ISP) also made available its Internet Protocol TV(IPTV) service called HyppTV for Business.

The BIZ30 offers download speeds up to 30Mbps and cost RM599 a month while the BIZ50 cost RM899 a month with download speeds up to 50Mbps. Both plans comes with dynamic IP however there is a paid option for fixed IP address.
The new packages of UniFi BIZ – BIZ30 and BIZ50 – comes with the following complimentary products and services:
- FREE DECT phone
- 1 WiFi Business Getaway
- 1 TM WiFi ID
- 10GB Web Hosting along with 2GB e-mail account
- 1 Infoblast account; and
- Add-on Value Added Services (VAS) options that include web storage capacities of up to 10GB and also an add-on fixed IP address.
According to TM, with UniFi BIZ, subscribers will enjoy unlimited data with no usage capping at the moment and also the lowest call rates for businesses in Malaysia – at a flat rate of 3 sen/minute to all TM fixed lines nationwide and 12 sen/minute to all mobiles and other fixed line operators.
TM added that HyppTV for Business guarantees uninterrupted and crystal clear transmission regardless of the weather condition and able to enjoy great variety of shows and programmes in HD. Among the available channels are Local and Regional News, Business News, Sports, Lifestyle/Entertainment, Music, Free-to-Air and Interactive channels. There are also two bundled packages for customer to choose from – FOX Package and STAR Chinese Package.
Other current UniFi for Business packages from TM include BIZ5(RM199), BIZ10(RM289) and BIZ20(RM359).
UniFi is available in 94 areas covering more than 1.32 million premises passed including key economic and industrial zones in Klang Valley, Cyberjaya, Putrajaya, Kulim Hi-Tech Park and the Iskandar Malaysia area. In Penang, the deployment of UniFi has covered Bayan Baru, Bukit Tengah and Seberang Jaya for both residential and industrial areas
TM currently has more than 460,000 UniFi customers nationwide.
