U Mobile Products now available at Senheng & senQ stores nationwide

U Mobile Sdn Bhd announced that it has signed a partnership with Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn Bhd (Senheng). The partnership allows U Mobile data packages with devices to be sold at Senheng nationwide, a consumer electronics chain stores.

From 1st October, U Mobile data packages will be available in all 97 Senheng stores and 28 senQ outlets. Apart from opting for a data plan for their mobile devices, customers are also able to pay their U Mobile bills at any of the outlets.

To celebrate partnership, U Mobile and Senheng announced a special bundled package for the newly launched Samsung GALAXY Note 10.1, where customers can enjoy up to RM350 discount when they pair the device with U Mobile’s data plan at RM68 a month.

In addition to the tablet promotion, U Mobile and Senheng are giving users RM240 discount on the Samsung GALAXY Tab 2 7.0,  Samsung GALAXY Tab 2 10.1, Apple iPad 2 and the new iPad when they pair them with U Mobile’s data plan at only RM68 a month. Both promotions started 1st October and will end 30th November 2012.

In a statement, Jaffa Sany Ariffin, CEO of U Mobile Sdn Bhd said, “Through this partnership, we aim to provide consumers greater accessibility to U Mobile products and enjoy more savings on their desired mobile devices, paired with U Mobile’s unique and affordable data packages. Being at the forefront in data services, we believe our mobile internet service will provide subscribers an unrivalled mobile experience on-the-go.”

It will be more convenient for patrons of Senheng and senQ stores too as they do not have to stop-by another store or kiosk to subscribe to a data plan or pay their U Mobile bills,” he added.

U Mobile’s non-traditional distribution channels also include partnerships with RadioShack, GCH Retail, 7-Eleven, Singer and Cosway.
