U Mobile Sdn Bhd has extended its collaboration with Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn Bhd (Senheng), with the latter providing its entire store network as touch points for U Mobile’s customers.

Through this partnership, U Mobile’s postpaid products and services will now be available in all 102 Senheng outlets and 28 senQ Digital Stations nationwide while Senheng will also handle U Mobile’s device logistic and distribution, serving the telco’s dealers with the supply of smartphones and other mobile devices.
Jaffa Sany, CEO of U Mobile represented U Mobile at a signing ceremony between with Lim Kim Heng, Managing Director of Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn Bhd. The ceremony was witnessed by representatives from mobile phone companies and manufacturers including Asus, HTC, LG, Nokia and Sony.
The current partnership between U Mobile and Senheng is an extension of a previous agreement which allows U Mobile data packages with devices to be sold at Senheng nationwide. The agreement also allowed U Mobile bill payments at the outlets.
“We are honoured to be expanding our partnership with Senheng in this mutually beneficial initiative. Through this pact, we are providing greater accessibility to consumers across the nation to purchase our products and services, enabling them to enjoy our high-speed mobile internet, quality services and great value propositions,” said Jaffa Sany.
“By partnering Senheng, we are adopting a more systematic approach in managing the logistics and operations of the distribution aspect of our business. This helps us manage our resources more effectively and, more importantly, gives us the capability to offer a greater variety of the latest mobile devices which will make us more competitive in the market,” Jaffa added.
