U Card Loyalty Programme for U Mobile Customers

U Mobile Sdn Bhd in partnership with BLoyalty Sdn Bhd today launched its new loyalty programme called U Card, for U Mobile customers. BLoyalty is the company that runs the BCARD rewards programme.

All U Mobile subscribers are eligible to sign up for the U Card, for free with no annual fee, and able to collect points whenever they purchase U Mobile products and make bill payments. In addition, they are also able to collect points at more than 70 BCARD merchant partners  and redeem rewards and benefits in over 700 retail outlets nationwide.

The reward points collected allow customers to redeem not just U Mobile products but also merchandises from  other 700 BCARD  participating merchant partners’ outlets ranging from food and beverages, holiday packages, shopping and many more or redeem exclusive items online.

In response to a question from MalaysianWireless, U Mobile’s Director of Marketing, Jasmine Lee said that by launching U Card, U Mobile will be able to reward U Mobile customers with exclusive offers such as mobile phone discount, birthday treats, among the many royalty programmes that has been planned. U Card holders will also have special discounts on selected U Mobile products, special privileges and be invited to exclusive members-only events.

In celebration of the U Card launch, U Mobile is offering the first 50,000 customers who sign-up for the rewards programme a free 200 U Card reward points that ends October 2013. These lucky customers will also stand a chance to win more exciting prizes, such as 1,000,000 U Card points, 10 BlackBerry Z10 smartphones and 10 3D/ 2N  holiday packages at Berjaya Langkawi Resort. This promotion ends in December 2013.
