Samsung Malaysia Electronics announced that it has expanded the Samsung Smart Service centers across Malaysia.
Established in 2003 with only 38 service points, the Samsung service network has since grown to a total of 151 smartphone service points and 94 service points for consumer electronic products around Malaysia.
Samsung said the Samsung Smart Service programme will provide Samsung customers with a personalized and convenient customer service experience. The Smart Service is a result of customers’ feedback and survey conducted by Samsung and it’s designed to meet today’s consumers’ needs and demands. Through the new Smart Service programme, Samsung hopes to increase its customers’ satisfaction with its improved services.
The Samsung Smart Service hinges on three core areas, according to Samsung:
- Speed
With Samsung’s hassle-free service at all Express Service Centers, customers can get their device checked and repaired within the day if the parts are available. The Express Service Centers are centrally located in the Klang Valley, Seremban, Perak, Penang, Kedah, Malacca, Johor, Pahang, Kelantan, Sarawak and Sabah. There are also collection centres with participation of 126 Brand Stores and dealers nationwide where consumers can choose to drop off and collect their phones easily.If you face an issue with any Samsung consumer electronic products, contact the Samsung call center and they will assist in sending a specialised in-home technician to your home.
- Solution
Customers who wish to get assistance from professionally certified technicians can drop by any of the Samsung Service Centres and allow the experts to perform a 7-point service check ensure that their smartphone continues to run smoothly and at an optimum level. Additionally, expert demo sessions will be readily available for customers to ensure that they are able to make the most out of their Samsung GALAXY devices.
- Satisfaction
All Samsung’s trained Customer Service Officers are equipped to provide proactive and efficient customer service. If you have a question about your device, there are professional call agents on standby 24 hours a day, 7 days a week who are more than happy to attend to your inquiries through the 24/7 Careline. Consumers can also choose to try the Live Chat option where Samsung’s trained professionals can offer guidance and help via the online chatroom.
