Celcom Magic SIM, the new prepaid plan that the Telco launched in June 2015, now has a new voice call and video call rate.
New Celcom Magic SIM Voice call and Video call rates effective 10 September 2015:
- Calls within the Celcom network: 30sen/12min
- Calls to outside the Celcom network: 30sen/3min
The new call block rates are good for those who makes a longer phone call. However a short call, for an example, a 1 minute call to any number will now cost 30sen.
Apart from the new Magic SIM voice rate, other changes include the Internet Plan. The Celcom Prepaid Internet Plans for Magic SIM now comes with free Celcom WiFi quota.

Magic SIM was launched in June 2015, with a voice call rate of 12sen/min to all networks, including to Celcom numbers.
At RM5, the Magic SIM prepaid starter pack comes with free basic Internet that could be used for unlimited messaging such as WhatsApp, WeChat, LINE, free high speed Internet (200 MB) for Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, web browsing and free calls & SMS (20 mins/SMS) to Celcom numbers.
With every reload from RM5 and above, Magic SIM customers gets to enjoy free Internet, calls and SMS:
- RM5-RM9: 5-9 days validity, free 50MB data, free 5 minutes of calls or SMS
- RM10-RM29: 10-29 days of validity, free 100MB of data, free 10 minutes of calls or SMS
- RM30 and above: 30 day and above validity, free 300MB of data, free 30 minutes of calls or SMS
Each RM1 of reload value comes with 1 day of validity.
