Xpax Magic SIM, the latest prepaid plan from Celcom is now offering unlimited, free high speed Internet called Internet Burung Hantu.
Free Internet Burung Hantu can be enjoyed from 1am to 7am daily, simply by subscribing to a Weekly or Monthly mobile Internet Plan, starting from RM10.

Celcom also announced that the Magic SIM now comes with a new voice and video call rate:
- Calls within the Celcom network: 30sen/12min
- Calls to outside the Celcom network: 30sen/3min
When asked about the Free Unlimited high speed Internet, Zalman Aefendy Zainal Abidin, Chief Marketing and Sales Officer of Celcom Axiata Berhad told MalaysianWireless that the free unlimited high speed Internet has a monthly usage cap per user, however the cap is “more than enough” for customers. Zalman said the network cap is there to deal with network abuses however he did not reveal any details regarding the maximum quota for the Internet Burung Hantu usage.

It is targeted at savvy customers with nocturnal behaviour especially youth and students. At RM5, the Magic SIM prepaid starter pack comes with free basic Internet that could be used for unlimited messaging such as WhatsApp, WeChat, LINE, free high speed Internet (200 MB) for Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and web browsing. Customers could also carry forward unused Internet.
