Apple has announced that the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus will be available in Malaysia starting October 16, 2015 (Friday).

The company announced today that it has sold more than 13 million new iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus models, a new record, just three days after launch. The new devices from Apple comes with 2GB RAM, an A9 chipset featuring 64-bit dual-core processor that clocks at 2.2 GHz.
Apart from Malaysia, India and Turkey will also launch on the same day.
There no word on pricing yet but Lazada Malaysia is already selling the new iPhones from RM3,455 up to RM7,728.
All four Telcos in Malaysia- Maxis, Celcom Axiata, Digi and U Mobile are expected to offer the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus models.
Apple said that other countries that will roll out the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus beginning October 9 include Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Maldives, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Taiwan. On October 10, countries include Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates.
The new iPhones will be available in over 130 countries by the end of the year. It is already available in Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Singapore, the UK and the US since 25th September 2015.
