U Mobile postpaid bill payment is now available at more than 1,800 7-Eleven outlets across the nation, powered by the MOLReloads terminal system.
From today, apart from prepaid subscription and purchasing top-ups, U Mobile’s postpaid customers have the option to pay their bills any time of the day at their nearest 7-Eleven outlets. The aim of this new initiative is to give their consumers greater flexibility and convenience when it comes to payments, the Telco said.
7-Eleven Post-paid Bill Payment Steps:
- Present hardcopy bill statement, printed e-bill or screenshot of the barcode to cashier
- Make cash payment
- Obtain receipt of payment for reference
U Mobile said that customers may make payment for active, suspended and deactivated postpaid accounts.
Apart from U Mobile stores, the Telco’s products and services are available at more than 31,000 retail outlets including 7-Eleven, 99 Speedmart, Giant, Tesco, Sen Heng, MyNEWS.com, Newsplus, Magbit and The Front Page.
The mobile operator recently launched the new P70 Hero postpaid plan early this month with unlimited call and 7GB at RM70/month. The other two U Mobile postpaid plans are U28 and P50.
Currently, postpaid customers of U Mobile can pay their bills in person at any of U Mobile stores, POS Malaysia and now, 7-Eleven. They may also opt to make payment online via various channels including banks.
