“At Samsung, we offer more than just devices; we offer the experience. Familiarity and understanding of a product influences the experience and the way a customer thinks and feels about a product and a brand. In the case of mobile devices, customers are more often than not only experiencing half of the phone’s capabilities and we want to change that. As such, we are investing time, capital and talents to drive the awareness and educate customers through interactive platforms and personalised presentations and tutorials,” said Lee Jui Siang, Vice President, Mobile, IT and Digital Imaging of Samsung Malaysia Electronics.
