Unifi 100Mbps Fibre broadband plan now available from Telekom Malaysia

A new 100Mbps Unifi Fibre broadband plan is now available from Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM). Called Unifi Pro Plan, the fibre plan has a promotional monthly fee of RM299/month (excluding GST).


Unifi Pro Plan has a 50Mbps upload speed and 100Mbps download speed. It comes bundled with HyppTV, free credit of RM20 for national calls, 12-months free access to iflix and 3-month free access to premium contents on Viu. TM also reduced it voice calls chargers for local calls and mobile numbers nationwide, now at 10sen/min.

The promotional price is only valid until 30th June 2016.

For business customers, UniFi Biz Pro Plan provides broadband speeds up to 100Mbps together with a voice plan of free calls worth RM70, beyond which calls to all fixed line are free and 8 sen/minute to all mobile numbers – all these at an introductory subscription of RM379/month (excluding GST) until end of June 2016.

At the launch, TM also announced its  new TMpoint outlet at Quill City Mall, Jalan Sultan Ismail, Kuala Lumpur.

The new TMpoint is designed to “create a new customer touch point and retail experience of TM’s suite of home and business convergence solutions”. Customers can get their hands on TM’s full suite of offerings while waiting for their turn to be served by TMpoint’s Customer Service personnel.

Commenting on the launch, Imri Mokhtar, Executive Vice President, Consumer & SME said, “This TMpoint at Quill City Mall is our inaugural outlet that embodies the vibrancy, freshness and personality of the all new UniFi service, bringing a new retail experience of TM’s suite of home and business convergence solutions. This new TMpoint concept will be implemented at our other outlets in stages,”

Currently, there are 185 TMpoint outlets nationwide, including outlets at Urban Transformation Centres (UTCs). TMpoint also markets a wide range of telecommunications and IT related products and accessories.
