From 15 April onwards, Celcom Axiata Berhad will offer a free OPPO A57 smartphone exclusively to its customers. The OPPS A57 is set to launch two weeks later in Malaysia.
Celcom customers who sign up for the FIRST Platinum postpaid plan with 60GB internet at RM150/month, will receive a free OPPO A57. A 24-months contract applies.
The smartphone is also available for those who subscribe to the Celcom FIRST Gold Plus with 40GB Internet at only RM399 (RRP RM1,035.85), with contract.
The Oppo A57 smartphone has a 5.2-inch HD (720 X 1,280 pixel) LCD display with 2.5D curved glass design. Under the hood, it is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm MSM8940 Snapdragon 435 processor (1.4GHz) with Adreno 505 GPU to handle graphics.
The dual-SIM smartphone has a 32GB internal memory for storage and 3GB RAM.
For photography, Oppo A57 comes with a 13MP rear camera Phase Detection autofocus with LED flash. The front camera is 16MP.
In terms of connectivity, the smartphone has 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v4.1, GPS and a microUSB port. Battery capacity is at 2900mAh. There is also a Fingerprint sensor on the phone (front-mounted).

Customers can purchase the OPPO A57 beginning Saturday, 15 April 2017 at Blue Cube outlets nationwide, and at selected Celcom partner outlets.
