SMS system to reduce queues

The Health Ministry is introducing an SMS-based system to notify patients of their appointments to reduce queues at hospitals. Health Minister Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai said the pilot project had been implemented at the Mamodiah Outpatient Clinic here.
