Celcom hires agency to collect debts

Celcom Mobile Sdn Bhd has appointed a debt collection agency to recover outstanding debts from mobile users, particularly those in the Klang Valley. Under a recently signed agreement between Celcom and Radzi Consulting, the latter has been tasked to manage an Internet portal, www.tunggakan.com, and collect the payments on behalf of Celcom.
