Celcom Axiata has managed to gain more customers in 1Q18, now at 9.6 million. The Telco added 51k new mobile subscribers between January and March 2018 (1Q18). There are now 2.83 million postpaid (vs 2.82 million in 4Q17) subscribers and 6.77 million prepaid (vs 6.72 million in 4Q17).

Maxis now has a lower 9.84 million revenue generating subscribers including 6.79 million on Hotlink prepaid and and 2.91 million on postpaid. MaxisONE Plan subscribers base has been readjusted dating back to January 2017, only crossing 2 million subscribers now. Revenue dropped compared to last quarter.
